Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Not feeling the vibe of your new gear? No worries – our return policy is as flexible as your practice.

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Yoga eye & neck pillows (for hygiene reasons)
    • Opened accessories (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return Your Gear

  1. Hit Us Up: Email [email protected] with your order number and what’s not working
  2. Get Approved: We’ll send you a return authorization within 24 hours (weekdays)
  3. Pack It Up: Include the original packing slip and secure the items properly
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our Scottsdale studio using a trackable method

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit Card: 5-7 business days to process
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or color? Same process as returns – just specify what you’d prefer in your email.

  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the balance

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless:
    • The item arrived damaged
    • We sent the wrong product

International Returns

  • Return shipping costs and any customs fees are your responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable service – we can’t refund items that get lost in transit
