The Lowdown on Returns & Exchanges

  • 📦 Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached
  • 💰 Refund Method: Original payment method (except PayPal – refunded to PayPal account)
  • 🚫 Non-Returnable: Yoga eye/neck pillows & opened accessories (hygiene reasons)

How to Return Your Gear

Follow these steps for a smooth return flow:

  1. Hit Us Up: Email [email protected] with your order number and what’s not working
  2. Get Approved: We’ll send you a return authorization within 24 hours (weekdays)
  3. Pack It Up: Include the original packing slip and secure the items properly
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our Scottsdale studio (address below) using a trackable method

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or color? Same process as returns – just specify what you’d prefer in your email. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. Less? We’ll refund the balance.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product (we’ll cover that).

International Returns

Global yogis note: Return shipping costs and any customs fees are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service – we can’t refund items that get lost in transit.
