How long until I get my gear?
We hustle to get your order out in 1-2 business days. Then:
– Standard Shipping: 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx ($12.95)
– Free Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS (orders over $50)
Pro tip: If you’ve got a retreat coming up, go with Standard Shipping to ensure you’re styled in time.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally except some Asian countries and remote areas (you’ll see if we can’t ship to you at checkout). International crew note: Customs fees might apply depending on your country – that’s on your end, not ours.
Can I track my order?
You bet. All orders come with tracking. We’ll email you the details as soon as your package hits the road. Then you can stalk your gear’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Not feeling the vibe? No stress. You’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll guide you through the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns (not exchanges), you cover the return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing. We recommend using a trackable service – we can’t refund what never makes it back to us.
How long until I get my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. It may take another few days for your bank to show the credit. We’ll email you when it’s done.

What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. No cash, checks, or Bitcoin (sorry, crypto yogis).
Is it safe to enter my credit card info?
Totally. We use industry-standard encryption and never store your full card details. You can also check out through PayPal if you prefer.
Can I create an account?
Currently we don’t offer account creation – just check out as a guest. But we’re working on a loyalty program for our gangster yogis, so stay tuned.
